This resource (Internal Milestone IM3.2, September 2025) presents the Interim Evaluation Report (M1–M16) developed by the Evaluation team (WP3). It reviews progress across the first 16 months of JA PreventNCD, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Drawing on process monitoring and survey data from over 130 task and subtask leads, the report evaluates how effectively activities are being implemented, how collaboration functions across 25 participating countries, and how knowledge-translation resources are being developed. Results show that most activities are progressing on track, with strong collaboration and adaptive problem-solving, while identifying the need for clearer coordination and time management in large, multi-country teams.
The report concludes with five actionable recommendations to strengthen project delivery, enhance collaborative culture, and improve knowledge translation across the consortium.
