This resource presents the Second Interim Evaluation Report developed by the Evaluation team (WP3) for JA PreventNCD. Building on the findings of the First Interim Evaluation Report, it reviews progress at the project's midpoint and assesses the outputs produced across the Joint Action.
Drawing on peer assessments, implementation case studies, progress monitoring, and external evaluation activities, the report examines whether knowledge translation outputs are reaching JA PreventNCD participants and are considered relevant and useful in practice. Findings show that a broad range of reports, policy briefs, guidelines, and toolkits are being developed and applied across the consortium, while highlighting opportunities to strengthen dissemination and uptake.
The report also provides initial insights into the implementation of selected prevention activities and their potential to support future outcomes and impact. It concludes with recommendations to strengthen implementation, knowledge translation, and the use of project results across participating countries.
