From Joint Actions to Policy: Advancing Strategic Health Messaging for Impact

In connection with the Health in Europe: Joint Actions, Joint Future policy event, a dedicated workshop will take place on 27 October. Co-led by the JA PreventNCD Communication and Dissemination Team and the Region of Southern Denmark, with contributions from EUnetCCC and JANE-2, the workshop will gather around 40–45 invited participants, mainly communication and policy leads from the participating Joint Actions.

The workshop is designed to strengthen communication outputs and policy alignment across projects. The focus will be on translating pilot-level findings and local initiatives into clear, evidence-based policy messages and preparing coherent policy briefs that can inform EU-level strategies. Sessions will include interactive group work and discussions on:

• Framing the link between evidence and EU health policy-making.
• Thematic clustering of findings to support joint policy narratives.
• Developing a shared framework and roadmap for Joint Action policy papers.
