JA PreventNCD - WHO Regional Office for Europe Meeting 2026

The third collaboration meeting between the WHO Regional Office for Europe and the Joint Action on Cancer and other NCDs Prevention (JA PreventNCD) marks the midpoint of the JA PreventNCD project. WHO is an Associated Partner in the Joint Action, and annual collaboration meetings have been held since 2024 to guide and strengthen joint work. 

The collaboration focuses on harnessing synergies across key technical areas, aligning communication and dissemination activities, and ensuring the impact and sustainability of JA PreventNCD actions. This meeting will review progress and successful synergies to date, explore new collaboration opportunities, discuss strategies to maximize long-term impact and sustainability, and assess how the EU Cardiovascular Health Plan may inform and influence European public health action.

The meeting will take place on 4 March 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is by invitation only. A summary of key outcomes will be published following the meeting. Stay tuned.
